We will aim to contact you by text or phone, usually within 2 weeks. If you have not heard from us by then please complete the form below and we will be in touch with you.

The Doctor may advise a follow-up appointment, depending on your results.

If a test has been ordered by a Hospital Consultant, please contact the Hospital/Consultant directly for the results, these results do not routinely come back to the GP Surgery.
